- Verantwortung für die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung unseres PLM- und PDM-Systems
- Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakholdern, v.a. im Bereich Entwicklung, und externen Dienstleistern
- Steuerung agiler Prozesse im Bereich Digitalisierung
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Prozessintegration entlang des Produktlebenszyklus
- Abstimmung mit Schnittstellenprojekten und einfügen des Systems in die KESSEL-Systemlandschaft

Voraussetzungen
- Erste praktische Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- (Grund-)Kenntnisse in der Prozessentwicklung
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung
- Kenntnisse in PLM-/PDM-Systemen und Produktdatenprozessen
- Verständnis für Sytemarchitekturen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Schnittstellen zwischen Systemen
- Technisches Verständnis und Affinität zu digitalen Tools
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungfähigkeit
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
