Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und entwickelst ein interdisziplinäres Team weiter, das den gesamten BI-Prozess abdeckt – von der Anforderung und Architektur bis zur Umsetzung und dem stabilen Betrieb
- Du stellst das zentrale Corporate Reporting bereit und verbesserst es, insbesondere in den Bereichen Finanzen und HR, auf Basis von Geschäftssystemdaten über den Microsoft Stack
- Du entwickelst die BI-Plattform strategisch weiter, mit dem Ziel, durch neue Technologien und Best Practices eine erstklassige Performance und Stabilität zu gewährleisten
- Du leitest operativ den BI-Stream im Rahmen des Carve-outs unserer Geschäftssysteme
- Du planst und steuerst Projekte sicher und managst Stakeholder souverän, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem Business Intelligence- oder technologiegetriebenen Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Corporate Finance oder HR
- Du zeichnest dich als Führungspersönlichkeit in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld durch soziale Kompetenz aus, inspirierst dein Team und schaffst ein vertrauensvolles Arbeitsumfeld
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit modernen BI-Plattformen, idealerweise mit dem Microsoft BI-Stack (MS SQL Server, SSAS, Power BI Cloud)
- Du bringst praxiserprobte Erfahrung in Carve-out-Projekten mit (Kenntnisse in S/4HANA oder Infor sind ein Plus) und kommunizierst klar und überzeugend mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen – auf Deutsch ebenso wie auf Englisch
- Du hast bereits komplexe Projekte erfolgreich geleitet und strukturiert, wobei Priorisierung und Risikomanagement deine Stärke waren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
