Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, überwachst, kontrollierst und führst Projekte durch (in Bezug auf Termine, Inhalte und Kosten)
- Du unterstützt die Werksleitung in Eisenberg und begleitest diverse technische Projekte
- Du bereitest Meetings inhaltlich vor und nach
- Du erstellst Statusberichte zur Termin- und Kostenentwicklung ausgewählter Maßnahmen
- Du unterstützt bei der prozesskonformen Abwicklung von Investitionsprojekten hinsichtlich Kosten, Termine, Leistungen und Qualität
- Du leitest technische Projekte, bist verantwortlich für die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partner:innen und berichtest an die Werksleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Techniker-/Meisterabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Kunststoffverarbeitung und Spritzguss
- Du bringst jede Menge technisches Wissen mit und hast im besten Fall bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Du kannst Prioritäten setzen und zeichnest Dich durch Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus
- Aufgrund Deiner kommunikativen Fähigkeiten wollen alle mit Dir zusammenarbeiten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
