What can you expect?
- You liaise with agents, customers, and carriers
- You independently settle export shipments overseas for various domestic and foreign customers
- You solve problems and irregularities, acting as a spider in our web
- You liaise with both customers, overseas agents, trucking companies, and carriers
- You handle general export enquiries, quoting for and arranging customs handling and pre-carriage
- You handle invoice queries, create container load plans within CargoWise, and raise invoices while collecting any outstanding monies

What should you bring along?
- You have previous experience within an Export Operator role
- You are adaptable to new working practices and embrace company operating systems and procedures
- You are a confident communicator with good organizational skills
- You have experience with Cargowise One (CW1), which is preferred
- You have a strong command of German and excellent English skills

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
