Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständig die Buchhaltung, einschließlich Debitoren, Kreditoren und Sachkonten
- Du bereitest Gehaltsabrechnungen vor und prüfst Angebotskalkulationen
- Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Du planst und prognostizierst die Liquidität und übernimmst das Auftragsmanagement sowie die Abrechnungskontrolle
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Steuerberater:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und die Geschäftsleitung und wirkst bei Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung mit
- Du übernimmst das Projektcontrolling und die Nachkalkulation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren, verantwortungsvollen Position mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht (HGB, EStG, UStG) und bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und arbeitest strukturiert und präzise
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Eigenverantwortung, Diskretion und Verlässlichkeit aus
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und hast eine Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
