- Sie betreuen eigenverantwortlich und ganzheitlich die zugeordneten Firmenkund:innen in allen Unternehmensphasen
- Sie begleiten aktiv und intensivieren die bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen und gewinnen neue Kund:innen und Mitglieder unter Berücksichtigung unseres besonderen Qualitätsanspruches
- Sie erkennen und nutzen Marktchancen sowie Cross-Selling-Ansätze - unter Einbindung von Spezialist:innen - zur Generierung eines qualitativen Wachstums
- Sie beraten initiativ und systematisch sowie an der Vertriebsplanung orientiert ganzheitlich, bedarfsgerecht und effizient die Kund:innen mit entsprechenden Potenzialen einschließlich zugeordneter Sachbearbeitung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen Abschluss als Bankkaufmann / Bankkauffrau (m/w/d), ggf. weiterführende Qualifikationen wie z. B. Bankbetriebswirt / Bankbetriebswirtin (m/w/d)
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit, diese ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie denken lösungsorientiert, innovativ und haben richtig Bock auf Vertrieb

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
