Finanzbuchhalter (w/m/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und verbuchst sämtliche Geschäftsvorfälle in DATEV. Dabei stimmst du die Geschäftskonten ab und pflegst relevante Stammdaten sowohl im ERP-System als auch in DATEV.
- Du bereitest die indurad Buchhaltung für die Konsolidierung auf Ebene des Mutterkonzerns Hexagon nach IFRS vor.
- Du managest das Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement, prüfst Zahlungsvorgänge und Forderungen und überwachst den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr
- Du erstellst die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB, bereitest Umsatzsteuererklärungen vor und kontrollierst deren fristgerechte Einreichung und stellst damit sicher, dass gesetzliche Vorschriften und Richtlinien eingehalten werden.
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Buchhaltungs- und Finanzprozesse und implementierst Kostenstellen in DATEV in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CFO

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wie z.B. zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), sowie einer Weiterbildung zum Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eines vergleichbaren Hochschulabschlusses
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und/oder Steuerwesen sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und HGB mit und kennst dich mit internen Buchhaltungsstrukturen aus
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in DATEV und gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen um
- In einem internationalen Umfeld fühlst du dich wohl: Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse und scheust dich nicht diese anzuwenden.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und exakt. Außerdem zeichnet dich eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise weiter aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
