Support Consultant for Microsoft Azure and BI (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- You serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding our BI solutions
- You handle support requests independently through the ticket system, actively contributing to solution development
- You support customers with tasks such as managing data loading jobs and error handling, including logging, documentation, resolution, or escalation
- You collaborate with the support team to maintain, enhance, and ensure the reliability of our BI systems hosted on Microsoft Azure
- You optimize and manage Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database, as well as Power BI for data analysis and visualization
- You monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient operations
- You stay updated with advancements in Microsoft Azure and Power BI technologies through continuous learning
- You provide insights and recommendations for best practices in data management and system optimization
- You participate in knowledge-sharing activities, learn from experienced team members, and progress along a structured career development path

What should you bring along?
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools
- You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have knowledge of data modelling techniques and data warehousing concepts
- You understand basic ERP Processes in the Frontend, such as processing a purchase order and processing a sales order

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
