Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die disziplinarische Verantwortung für TFAs, Mitarbeitende im Service sowie Tierärztinnen und Tierärzte
- Du führst Onboardings neuer Mitarbeiter:innen durch, hältst regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche und organisierst Events zur Förderung des Teamzusammenhalts
- Du koordinierst allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Praxisbetrieb
- Du organisierst und überwachst die Abläufe im Praxisalltag
- Du setzt die Hygiene-, Arbeitsschutz-, Datenschutz- und Brandschutzrichtlinien um
- Du beurteilst die Performance der Praxis zusammen mit der/dem leitenden Tierärztin/Tierarzt und kennst die operativen und finanziellen Ziele der Praxis
- Du übernimmst perspektivisch die Leitung von bis zu zwei unternehmensinternen Praxen in derselben Stadt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen (z.B. als Tiermedizinische:r Fachangestellte:r oder Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r (m/w/d))
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Praxismanager:in mit und hast erste Führungserfahrung sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team und in einer Rolle mit Führungsverantwortung und bist ein Kommunikationstalent
- Du zeigst Engagement, Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Flexibilität, Organisationstalent, Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungskraft
- Du kennst die Prozesse in einer Praxis und gehst sicher mit digitalen Tools um
- Du hast einen innovativen und offenen Blick, bist lernbereit und trittst professionell auf, zeigst Hilfsbereitschaft, Empathie und respektvolle Kommunikation

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
