Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst eigenständig Fahrzeugschäden nach Unfällen und planst die notwendigen Schritte für die Instandsetzung.
- Du führst anspruchsvolle Karosseriearbeiten durch – von der Demontage über Richtbankarbeiten bis hin zu präzisen Schweiß- und Montagearbeiten.
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Reparatur und Wartung von Fahrzeugaufbauten, Fahrgestellen sowie Fahrwerken und stellst deren volle Funktionsfähigkeit sicher.
- Du verantwortest die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und bereitest die Fahrzeuge sorgfältig für die abschließende Lackierung vor.
- Du arbeitest eng im Werkstatt-Team und stimmst dich mit deinen Kollegen ab, um reibungslose Abläufe und erstklassige Ergebnisse zu garantieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumechaniker:in oder bringst alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unfallinstandsetzung mit.
- Du bist versiert in Karosseriearbeiten, beherrschst gängige Schweißtechniken und kennst dich mit moderner Fahrzeugtechnik aus.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig und selbstständig, gleichzeitig schätzt du den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) oder sprichst Polnisch auf sehr gutem Niveau (C1).
