Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen die ursprüngliche Form und Sicherheit von Unfallfahrzeugen wieder her, von der ersten Schadensanalyse bis zur finalen Übergabe
- Sie demontieren beschädigte Fahrzeugteile und setzen Karosserien durch den Austausch von Komponenten oder präzise Richtarbeiten wieder instand
- Dabei wenden Sie moderne Fügetechniken wie Schweißen, Kleben und Nieten fachgerecht an, um höchste Qualitätsstandards zu sichern
- Sie vermessen Karosserien exakt, dokumentieren die durchgeführten Arbeiten sorgfältig und stellen so eine lückenlose Nachverfolgung sicher
- Als wichtiger Teil des Reparaturprozesses bereiten Sie die Fahrzeuge eigenverantwortlich für die Lackierung vor und arbeiten eng mit dem Lackier-Team zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Idealerweise bringen zudem bereits Berufserfahrung in der Unfallinstandsetzung mit
- Handwerkliches Geschick und ein gutes technisches Verständnis sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und können sich auf Deutsch sicher verständigen (mind. B2-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
