Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist ein engagierter und strukturierter Changemanager (m/w/d), der für die effektive Durchführung von Veränderungen innerhalb unserer IT-Umgebung verantwortlich ist
- Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, Änderungen kontrolliert, standardisiert und risikobewusst zu steuern
- Du prüfst und begleitest Change Requests (RfCs) und bewertest Changes in Bezug auf Abhängigkeiten von Services und Kritikalität
- Du kommunizierst mit Stakeholdern und nimmst an Change Advisory Boards (CAB) und Emergency CABs (ECAB) teil und moderierst diese
- Du berichtest regelmäßig über Change Prozess bezogene KPIs und pflegst den Change-Kalender
- Du gestaltest das Change Tool (USU Valuemation) und identifizierst Verbesserungspotentiale

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse der ITIL-Prozesse und deren Dokumentation im IT-Service-Management
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der IT-Organisation
- Du bist ziel- und ergebnisorientiert und hast Erfahrung im Eskalations- und Konfliktmanagement

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
