Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Usability des UI von lebenserhaltenden Geräten
- Du entwickelst Features vom Konzept bis zum fertigen UI-Design und pflegst sowie entwickelst die Design-Systeme weiter, um Konsistenz zwischen verschiedenen Geräten herzustellen
- Du arbeitest eng mit Entwickler:innen, Requirements-Ingenieur:innen und Product Ownern zusammen
- Du gestaltest die Entwicklungsprozesse mit und erstellst Zulassungsdokumente für das User Interface
- Du wendest agile Methoden an, die an SCRUM angelehnt sind

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Sozialwissenschaften, Mediendesign oder Engineering
- Du besitzt praktische Anwenderkenntnisse im Bereich User Experience und Design Thinking und hast ein Gespür für visuelle Gestaltung digitaler Anwendungen
- Du bist routiniert in der Nutzung von Figma, Adobe Illustrator und Polarion
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse von Medizinprodukteregularien
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
