Was erwartet dich?
- Du bietest strukturierte, praktische Unterstützung bei der Implementierung per E-Mails, Anrufe und Live-Demos, um eine nahtlose Integration unserer Kamerasysteme auf den Parkplätzen der Kund:innen sicherzustellen
- Du machst Kund:innen zu Produktexpert:innen, indem du ihnen umsetzbare Erkenntnisse und Ratschläge gibst, wie sie den Nutzen der Lösungen unseres Unternehmens maximieren können
- Du pflegst vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kund:innen durch proaktive Unterstützung und regelmäßige Check-ins, um Zufriedenheit und Loyalität zu steigern
- Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams – darunter Commercial, Product und Engineering – zusammen und interagierst mit B2B-Stakeholdern, um erfolgreiche Projekte zu realisieren
- Du identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen und trägst so zu einer effizienteren und skalierbaren Customer Journey bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Success, Account Management oder Kundenservice mit, idealerweise in einem B2B-Software- oder Technologieunternehmen
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich, oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte kundenorientierte Denkweise, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Lösungen souverän zu präsentieren
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie G-Suite, Airtable und CRM-Plattformen wie Salesforce oder HubSpot
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und verhandlungssicheres Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
