Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Disposition und Koordination der Service-Techniker:innen im Außendienst in Deutschland und Österreich
- Du planst und optimierst die täglichen Einsatzrouten
- Du passt die Einsatzpläne täglich bei kurzfristigen Änderungen an
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Serviceeinsätze sicher
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für das Team der Service-Techniker:innen in allen Belangen, auch über die tägliche Einsatzplanung hinaus, wie z.B. Urlaubsplanung, langfristige Besetzung des Teams und Kapazitätenplanung in Hoch- und Nebensaison
- Du berichtest direkt an den Customer Service Supervisor

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Disposition mit, idealerweise im technischen Service-Umfeld einschließlich der Planung von Service-Techniker:innen oder Monteur:innen
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und die nötige Flexibilität für ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis für Service- und Wartungsprozesse, was wünschenswert ist
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit ERP-/Dispositionstools
