Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern und überwachen unsere modernen Fertigungsanlagen zur Herstellung von Wellpappverpackungen und sichern so die Qualität und den Output.
- Sie rüsten die Anlagen für neue Produktionsaufträge um, richten die mechanischen Werkzeuge präzise ein und führen erste Testläufe durch.
- Sie kontrollieren laufend die Produktionsprozesse, erkennen eigenständig Abweichungen und greifen bei Bedarf korrigierend in die Maschinensteuerung ein.
- Sie übernehmen die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen und führen kleinere Reparaturen selbstständig durch, um die Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Schichtleitung und dem Team sorgen Sie für reibungslose Übergaben und tragen aktiv zur Prozessoptimierung bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)
- Sie haben idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Papier - /Packmitteltechnologe (m/w/d) absolviert und / oder bringen erste Berufserfahrung in der Wellpappindustrie mit
- Sie besitzen technisches Verständnis und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind bereit zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- & Spätschicht) und Samstagsarbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
