- Projektorganisation & Steuerung: Verantwortung für die Konzeption und Planung von Hoch- und Höchstspannungsprojekten sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs.
- Technische Planung & Umsetzung: Erstellung, Prüfung und Optimierung technischer Planunterlagen gemäß regulatorischer und normativer Vorgaben.
- Innovative Lösungen & interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Entwicklung innovativer, zukunftsweisender Lösungen in interdisziplinären Teams und in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden.
- Risikomanagement & Fortschrittskontrolle: Analyse des Projektstatus, frühzeitige Identifikation von Risiken und gezielte Steuerung von Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung von Projektzielen.
- Qualitätssicherung & Dokumentation: Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards in allen Projektphasen. Vollständige Dokumentation, Reporting und Nachverfolgung relevanter Projektdaten.

DEIN PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Vermessung, Geoinformatik oder einer verwandten Ingenieurdisziplin (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Naturwissenschaften).
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3-5 Jahre) in der Planung und Trassierung von Hoch- und Höchstspannungsleitungen.
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Programmen zu seilmechanischen Berechnungen und CAD-/GIS-gestützten Planungsprozessen.
- Eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise, Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung sowie eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Eine effiziente Kommunikation, Teamgeist und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit im Umgang mit Kollegen, Kunden und Projektpartnern.
