Support Engineer im Servicedesk Bereich (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst den technischen Support für unsere Kund:innen – inklusive unserer Managed Services
- Du analysierst und löst technische Herausforderungen rund um IT-Infrastruktur und Data Center souverän
- Du stehst im direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kund:innen und findest gemeinsam mit ihnen die passende Lösung
- Du hältst alle Infos sauber im Ticketsystem fest – strukturiert, nachvollziehbar und effizient
- Du arbeitest eng mit Hersteller:innen und deinem Team zusammen, um auch komplexe Fälle zu klären
- Du unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen im täglichen Geschäft, bringst dein Know-how aktiv ins Team ein und bist ab und zu im Rechenzentrum beim Kund:innen, um für einen reibungslosen Ersatzteilaustausch zu sorgen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Data Center-Umfeld mit (Storage, Compute, Back-up)
- Du kommunizierst klar und offen und bringst dich aktiv im Team ein
- Du bist engagiert, handelst eigenverantwortlich und stellst den Kundenservice immer in den Fokus
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gutes Englisch
- Du kennst dich idealerweise mit ITIL und ServiceNow aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
