  • Du verantwortest den 2nd und 3rd Level Support für unsere Kunden im Data Center Umfeld und löst komplexe Störungen in den Bereichen Storage, Compute und Back-up.
  • Du analysierst und diagnostizierst eigenständig anspruchsvolle technische Incidents und erarbeitest nachhaltige Lösungen, um die Systemstabilität sicherzustellen.
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Support-Lifecycle nach ITIL-Standards, dokumentierst deine Lösungen in unserer Wissensdatenbank und trägst so aktiv zur Prozessoptimierung bei.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson kommunizierst du proaktiv mit unseren B2B-Kunden, erklärst technische Zusammenhänge verständlich und sorgst für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Du teilst dein Expertenwissen, indem du Kolleg:innen im Servicedesk mentorst und bei Bedarf technische Schulungen für Kunden durchführst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich.
  • Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Support mit, idealerweise in einem IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Fokus auf Data-Center-Technologien (z. B. Storage, Compute, Back-up).
  • Dank deiner ausgeprägten Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke findest du auch für komplexe Anfragen die passende Lösung.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie zuverlässig und kennst dich idealerweise mit ITIL-Prozessen aus.
  • Für die Kommunikation im Team und mit den Kund:innen sprichst du sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch.
