Was erwartet dich?

  • Als erste Anlaufstelle übernimmst Du den technischen Support für unsere Kund:innen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und Data Center (Storage, Compute, Backup).
  • Du analysierst und löst technische Störungen eigenständig und dokumentierst Deine Schritte nachvollziehbar in unserem Ticketsystem ServiceNow.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Team und den Herstellern findest Du auch für komplexe technische Herausforderungen die passende Lösung.
  • Du kommunizierst proaktiv mit den Kund:innen, hältst sie über den Bearbeitungsstand auf dem Laufenden und stellst so eine hohe Servicequalität sicher.
  • Gelegentlich unterstützt Du auch direkt vor Ort im Rechenzentrum, zum Beispiel beim Austausch von Hardware-Komponenten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich abgeschlossen.
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support für externe Kund:innen mit, davon mindestens 2 Jahre im Data Center-Umfeld (Storage, Compute, Back-up).
  • Als engagierter Teamplayer handelst du eigenverantwortlich, kommunizierst klar und stellst den Service für unsere Kund:innen in den Mittelpunkt.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gutes Englisch.
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Kenntnisse in ITIL und ServiceNow mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
