Business Intelligence Manager für Power BI, Datenstrategie und Reporting (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust unternehmensweite automatisierte Reporting- und Analyse-Strukturen auf und entwickelst sie weiter
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Spezifizierung und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen an bestehenden und zukünftigen BI-Systemen und Reportinglösungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Bereich IT/BO zusammen, um die Datenqualität in den betreuten Systemen sicherzustellen
- Du nutzt innovative Tools und Technologien, um unser Reporting stetig voranzubringen
- Du etablierst datengetriebene Prozesse und automatisierte Lösungen
- Du kommunizierst aktiv und bereichsübergreifend als Bindeglied zwischen Controlling, IT/BO und den Fachbereichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets/Qualifikation abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Business Intelligence und/oder Controlling Umfeld
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse zum Thema Power BI (DAX, MDX, Power Query), Excel, Datenmodellierung und Visualisierung
- Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in SQL und MS Dynamics 365 BC mit
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, sowohl das große Ganze zu überblicken als auch Hands-on Dinge im Detail voranzutreiben und selbst umzusetzen
- Du bist souverän im Projektmanagement und in Ergebnispräsentationen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
