Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst im zentralen Auslagerungsmanagement gerne Verantwortung, konkret für die Steuerung des Auslagerungsprozesses und die Kontrolle von ausgelagerten Sachverhalten, bspw. Dienstleistungen, Softwarenutzungen oder andere Funktionen – immer im Einklang mit aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen wie KWG, MaRisk bzw. BAIT
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in und Unterstützer:in der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung interner und gesetzlicher Anforderungen zu den Auslagerungen, bei zugehörigen Risikoanalysen, der Ausgestaltung von individuellen Service Level Agreements und Sichtung / Bewertung von Dienstleisterberichten
- Du erstattest Bericht an den zentralen Auslagerungsbeauftragten und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Reports
- Du bist aktiv bei neuen Vertragsabschlüssen eingebunden und prüfst Verträge hinsichtlich der aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen an das Auslagerungsmanagement
- Engagiert entwickelst du unseren Auslagerungsprozess sowie das zugehörige Berichtswesen weiter und passt die schriftliche fixierte Ordnung in diesem Prozess regelmäßig und anlassbezogen an
- Als Ansprechpartner:in für interne wie auch externe Prüfer:innen achtest du darauf, dass du jederzeit Auskunft über alle Sachverhalte und Vorgänge geben kannst und unterstützt Projekte mit deiner fachlichen Expertise

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Auslagerungsmanagement im Bankenumfeld mit
- Du weist eine hohe IT-Affinität auf und beherrschst Bankanwendungsprogramme sicher
- Mit großer Eigenmotivation und einer analytischen Denkweise arbeitest du dich zügig in komplexe Sachverhalte ein
- Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker, flexibler Teamplayer:in und verstehst es, Konflikte konstruktiv beizulegen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
