In unserem Bereich POS Management arbeiten Projektleiter/-innen, Designer/-innen, VM-Spezialist/-innen und Projektmanager/-innen. Im Team konzipieren und realisieren wir für Retailer und Marken VM-Projekte.
Als Projektmanager/-in bist Du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung unserer laufenden Kundenbeziehungen und den Ausbau der Kunden z.B. durch fachliche Impulse und gute Beratung. Du verantwortest die Organisation und verlässliche Umsetzung der Projekte im Tagesgeschäft und bist erste/-r Ansprechpartner/-in des Kunden.
Als Projektmanager/-in bist Du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung unserer laufenden Kundenbeziehungen und den Ausbau der Kunden z.B. durch fachliche Impulse und gute Beratung. Du verantwortest die Organisation und verlässliche Umsetzung der Projekte im Tagesgeschäft und bist erste/-r Ansprechpartner/-in des Kunden.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Beratung der Kund:innen, entwickelst Ideen mit unserem Team und unseren Partner:innen
- Du erstellst Rebriefings, Kalkulationen und Angebote in Zusammenarbeit mit den Designer:innen und der Projektleitung
- Du planst Deine Projekte selbstständig, koordinierst und überwachst alle Termine, holst Angebote bei Lieferant:innen ein und bewertest die Qualitäten und die Kosten
- Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Abrechnung sowie gegebenenfalls Nachberechnung und stellst den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg Deiner Projekte sicher
- Du tauschst Dich regelmäßig mit den Kund:innen aus, priorisierst sämtliche Aufgaben und betreust Kund:innen-Kampagnen von der Konzeptionsphase bis zum Roll-Out

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in dem Berufsfeld mit, gerne im Bereich VM
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mediengestalter:in, Gestalter:in für visuelles Marketing oder als Industriekauffrau oder -kaufmann mit Grundkenntnissen in Mediengestaltung
- Du hast ein gutes Auge für Stil, cooles Design, Materialien und Trends im Print Bereich
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch-(C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent
