- Selbständiges Management und Umsetzung verschiedenster Projekte – vom Fotoshooting bis zum Messestand
- Verantwortung für das gesamte Controlling Deiner Etats
- Du bringst Dich regelmäßig in die Entwicklung von Konzepten und Strategien ein
- Du leitest und förderst Dein Team mit Volontären, Juniorberatern, Gestaltern oder Textern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in der Kommunikationsbranche wie Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften, Marketing oder Public Relations absolviert
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Beratererfahrung in einer Agentur
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängiger Software wie PowerPoint
- Du besitzt Know-how, Neugier und ein gutes Gespür für Design und Kommunikation
- Du hast eine Grafikaffinität, die ein Plus ist
- Du beherrschst sehr gutes Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
