Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Community Management innerhalb des Atlassian Ecosystems verantwortlich
- Du hilfst unserer Community dabei, passende Lösungen mit unseren Apps zu finden – und teilst besonders gelungene Use Cases oder Success Stories in Artikeln oder Beiträgen über passende Kanäle
- Du arbeitest eng mit ProduktspezialistInnen und dem Marketing zur Gewährleistung technischer Genauigkeit und zur Abstimmung mit der Unternehmenskommunikation
- Du nimmst an Events, Messen, Vorträgen und Demos im internationalen Umfeld teil und präsentierst unsere Produkte nach außen
- Überwachung von Leistungskennzahlen für Inhalte und Weiterentwicklung der Strategie basierend auf Analysen und dem Engagement der Zielgruppe
- Aktuelles Wissen über Branchentrends, neue Technologien und Best Practices in der technischen Inhaltserstellung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Technische Redaktion oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet sowie mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Community Management oder Content Marketing mit
- Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit Jira und neue Tools oder Features wecken deine Neugier. Idealerweise hast du bereits im Atlassian Umfeld gearbeitet.
- Du kommunizierst und präsentierst gerne und hast keine Scheu auf Events zu sprechen (online oder vor Ort)
- Du bist idealerweise native Speaker oder beherrschst durch Deine Auslandsaufenthalte Englisch mind. auf C2 Niveau
- Du hast Spaß daran, dich tief in technische Themen einzuarbeiten, und hast Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen und andere bei ihren Herausforderungen zu unterstützen
- Du liebst es, tief in technische Themen einzutauchen, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten und deren Richtigkeit mit einem geschulten Blick zu verifizieren
- Du bringst eine grundlegende Reisebereitschaft mit
- Du bist routiniert im Einsatz von KI-Tools und Plattformen zur Effizienzsteigerung bei der Content-Erstellung, zur SEO-Optimierung und zur Generierung datenbasierter Erkenntnisse für die Content-Strategie
- Du handelst eigenverantwortlich und hast ein ausgeprägtes kunden- und marktorientiertes Denken

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
