In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position bist Du zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die Planung bis hin zur Durchführung und Nachbereitung. Du übernimmst die kaufmännische wie auch die technische Betreuung und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung aller Gewerke vor Ort. Dabei leitest Du eigenständig Projekte, koordinierst interne und externe Teams und baust neue Kundenbeziehungen sowie Arbeitsbereiche auf.
Mit Deinem Engagement, Deiner Fachkompetenz und Deinem Netzwerk trägst Du entscheidend dazu bei, dass wir auch in Zukunft Projekte auf höchstem Niveau realisieren.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du betreust die Kund:innen von Beginn der Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Nachbesprechung des Projektes
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung als "kaufmännische" und "technische" Ansprechperson
- Du leitest die Planung, Disposition und Durchführung aller Gewerke vor Ort
- Du baust neue Kund:innen und Arbeitsbereiche auf und betreuen diese

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast Herzblut für die Branche und bist Meister:in für Veranstaltungstechnik oder hast einen Hochschulabschluss
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Branche und ein gut ausgebautes Netzwerk
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, eigenständig, aber teamorientiert, unternehmerisch zu handeln und zu denken
- Du beherrschst MS Office, Auto CAD, Vectorworks und Easyjob
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist im Besitz eines Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
