Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft eines hochmotivierten Teams von Systemadministrator:innen und Techniker:innen, das den reibungslosen Betrieb von Hosting-Umgebungen, einschließlich dedizierter Server, Bare-Metal-Clouds und der zugehörigen automatisierten Bereitstellungsinfrastruktur im Rechenzentrumsbetrieb sicherstellt
- Du behältst die täglichen Aufgaben der Abteilung im Überblick und stellst sicher, dass unter anderem die KPIs und SLAs eingehalten werden
- Du tauschst Dich mit dem Produktmanagement und der Entwicklung in Bezug auf die zeit- und sachgerechte Umsetzung der Aufträge im Kanban-Prozess aus
- Du erkennst den Bedarf von notwendigen und nützlichen Maßnahmen und unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung
- Du implementierst Best Practices, Prozesse und Standards, um die Effizienz, Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit des Betriebs der Bare Metal Geräte zu optimieren und einen zuverlässigen 24x7-Betrieb zu gewährleisten
- Du überwachst Performance-Metriken, analysierst Trends und implementierst Lösungen zur Verbesserung der gesamten Server-Hosting-Infrastruktur

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und im Betrieb von Hardware in Rechenzentren oder in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Bereich Servertechnologien oder IT-Infrastruktur
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte taktische Führungs- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten mit nachweislichen Erfolgen bei der Leitung technischer Teams in hybriden und verteilten Umgebungen
- Du hast hervorragende Kommunikations-, Dokumentations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Teammitgliedern, Stakeholdern und Kund:innen zu interagieren
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Detailgenauigkeit und ein proaktives Herangehen an die Lösung technischer Probleme
- Du kommunizierst und präsentierst ausgezeichnet in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, einschließlich Prioritätensetzung, Zuweisung von Ressourcen und Einhaltung von Fristen, und bist engagiert für kontinuierliches Lernen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
