Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst komplexe Datenbestände mit Python (pandas, sklearn) und SQL, um durch Machine Learning Modelle (z.B. Clustering, Forecasting) wertvolle Erkenntnisse für unsere Produktentwicklung zu gewinnen.
- Als Sparringspartner für Produktmanagement und Geschäftsführung übersetzt du Analyseergebnisse in verständliche Insights und leitest daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung unseres Data-Teams, förderst die individuelle Entwicklung deiner Kolleg:innen durch Mentoring und baust den Bereich perspektivisch weiter auf.
- Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung entwickelst du die langfristige Datenstrategie und treibst aktiv den Aufbau einer unternehmensweiten Datenkultur voran.
- Du etablierst und verantwortest Data-Science-Best-Practices, von Code Reviews bis zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität, um nachhaltige und robuste Lösungen zu schaffen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Grundlage & Erfahrung: Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Informatik, Statistik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Science mit.
- Tech-Stack: Du beherrschst SQL und Python (inkl. pandas, sklearn) exzellent und hast fundierte Erfahrung mit Machine-Learning-Methoden (z.B. Forecasting, Clustering) sowie Deep-Learning-Frameworks wie PyTorch oder TensorFlow.
- Business-Fokus & Kommunikation: Du denkst über Algorithmen hinaus, verstehst geschäftliche Zusammenhänge und kannst komplexe Datenanalysen für verschiedene Stakeholder verständlich in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen übersetzen.
- Führungspotenzial: Du hast den Willen, ein Team fachlich anzuleiten, Kolleg:innen zu entwickeln und strategische Verantwortung zu übernehmen – erste Führungserfahrung ist dabei ein klares Plus, aber keine Bedingung.
- KI-Mindset & Analyse: Du arbeitest strukturiert, hast Freude an der Analyse großer Datenmengen und siehst KI-Tools wie LLMs als selbstverständlichen Teil deiner Arbeit, um neue Potenziale zu heben.
- Sprachen: Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1) und gutes Englisch. Kenntnisse in Java oder Mixpanel sind ein willkommenes Extra.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
