Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst komplexe Datenbestände mit Python (pandas, sklearn) und SQL, entwickelst Machine-Learning-Modelle (z.B. für Clustering, Forecasting) und sicherst die Datenqualität in unseren Systemen.
- Als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe übersetzt du deine Analyseergebnisse in verständliche Insights und leitest daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen für das Produktmanagement und die Geschäftsführung ab.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und perspektivisch disziplinarische Führung des Data-Teams, förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Kolleg:innen und gestaltest aktiv den weiteren Aufbau des Bereichs.
- Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung definierst du die langfristige Datenstrategie und etablierst eine datengetriebene Kultur im Unternehmen, unter anderem durch die Einführung von Best Practices wie Code Reviews.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Informatik, Statistik) und bringst mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in der Data Science mit.
- Dein Tech-Stack ist praxiserprobt: Du beherrschst SQL und Python (inkl. pandas, sklearn) sowie gängige Deep-Learning-Frameworks (z. B. PyTorch, TensorFlow) und Datenbanken.
- Du denkst über Algorithmen hinaus, verstehst geschäftliche Zusammenhänge und kannst komplexe Datenanalysen für verschiedene Stakeholder verständlich aufbereiten und präsentieren.
- Du hast den Willen und idealerweise erste Erfahrung, ein Team fachlich anzuleiten, Kolleg:innen zu fördern und strategisch den Datenbereich mitzugestalten.
- Du siehst KI-Tools als selbstverständlichen Teil deiner Arbeit und kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1) und gut auf Englisch – Kenntnisse in Java oder Mixpanel sind ein willkommenes Plus.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
