Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich vielfältige Service-Einsätze im Bereich Sanitär und Heizung, von der Installation bis hin zur Demontage innerhalb unseres Wohnungsbestandes
- Du führst störungsbedingte Instandsetzungsarbeiten und damit verbundene Kleinreparaturen durch
- Du koordinierst eigenständig die Termine bei Kund:innen vor Ort und stehst dabei mit dem Backoffice im Austausch
- Du sorgst für eine zuverlässige, digitale Dokumentation und Pflege von Fehler-, Prüf-, Wartungs- und Inspektionsberichten
- Je nach Absprache und Teamzuordnung ist ein Einsatz im Bereich Kundendienst (Kleininstandhaltung), Wohnungsmodernisierung oder Wartung von Gasgeräten möglich
- Du übernimmst Notdienste und einige Arbeiten alleine, während andere Aufgaben im Team durchgeführt werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Heizungstechnik / Sanitärtechnik / Klimatechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
- Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis (B oder BE)
- Du bist digital affin und nutzt gerne Tablets und Apps zur Arbeitsorganisation
- Du trägst einen hohen Servicegedanken und trittst freundlich und zuvorkommend auf
- Du bist belastbar, hast ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Selbstständigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft und besitzt organisatorisches Geschick und handelst nachhaltig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
