Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind maßgeblich für die Steuerung und Planung von Projekten im IT-Bereich verantwortlich
- Sie sorgen mit Planung und Überwachung der einzelnen Meilensteine für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und sind dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Teammitglieder das Projekt im Zeitplan voranbringen
- Sie steuern die Ressourcen für die Projekte und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams der IT und anderen Fachbereichen der Bela-Zentrale
- Sie präsentieren Ihre Ergebnisse und Zwischenstände in regelmäßigen Abständen dem Management und können so zielgerichtet die weiteren Projektphasen in Angriff nehmen
- Sie arbeiten mit anderen Unternehmen der Unternehmensgruppe zusammen, was Ihr Aufgabenprofil abrundet

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft und Projektmanagement
- Sie verfügen über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Ihre Begeisterung für Digitalisierung passt zu Ihnen
- Sie haben analytisches und logisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren
- Sie besitzen vorzugsweise Erfahrung in den Prozessen im Groß- oder Einzelhandel

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
