Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Organisation und fachliche Leitung unserer Baustellen – von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
- Sie führen und fördern Ihr Team aus Gesell:innen sowie Auszubildenden und sind die erste Anlaufstelle für alle fachlichen Fragen.
- Als erfahrener Meister packen Sie bei anspruchsvollen Spenglerarbeiten selbst mit an und stellen so höchste Ausführungsqualität sicher.
- Sie erstellen Aufmaße sowie Skizzen und koordinieren den gesamten Materialbedarf für Ihre Projekte.
- Sie agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson und pflegen eine professionelle Kommunikation mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und der Bauleitung.
