Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust unsere Data-Warehouse-Plattform mit dbt und SQL für ein modernes Daten-Ökosystem auf und entwickelst sie weiter
- Du modellierst nach Data Vault 2.0 und entwickelst standardisierte und skalierbare Datenmodelle für Analysen und Reports
- Du nutzt die Prinzipien der Softwareentwicklung wie Versionierung, Testing und CI/CD bei deiner Arbeit
- Du arbeitest mit unseren Data Engineers und Data Analyst:innen zusammen, um ein tiefes Verständnis für unsere Datenquellen im E-Commerce aufzubauen
- Du schulst Nutzer:innen im Umgang mit Datenmodellen und Reports und unterstützt bei der Konzeption von Data Marts und Power BI Datasets

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast als Data Analyst:in, Data Engineer, Data Scientist oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle bereits Berufserfahrung mit der Modellierung von Datenstrukturen gesammelt, idealerweise nach Data Vault
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit SQL und hast Erfahrung mit dbt, BigQuery und Workflow Management Tools (z.B. Airflow) gesammelt
- Du bist begeistert von Datenmodellierung und zählst Qualitätsbewusstsein, eine akkurate Arbeitsweise und ein starkes analytisches Verständnis zu deinen persönlichen Stärken
- Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau und Englisch mindestens auf A2-Niveau
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Azure SQL und Power BI und Vorerfahrungen zu Datenstrukturen und Prozessen im E-Commerce

- Erstgespräch (ca. 60 Min): virtuell mit zukünftiger Führungskraft und Mathias aus dem HR-Team: ausführliches gegenseitiges Kennenlernen, fachliche und persönliche Eigenschaften sowie die Passung zur Stelle
- Zweitgespräch (ca. 90 Min): vor Ort zusätzlich mit unserem CTO und Teilen des Teams: Punkte aus dem ersten Gespräch vertiefen und es gibt eine Führung durchs Unternehmen
- Vertragsangebot: telefonisch und per Mail mit Mathias aus dem HR-Team

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
