Als Teil unseres Teams unterstützt du den technischen Support am Telefon oder per E-Mail und stehst unseren Heizungsbaufirmen und Endkunden bei technischen Fragen zur Seite. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unsere Kundendienstabteilung, analysierst die eingehenden Anfragen und stimmst dich mit unseren Fachabteilungen ab.

Was erwartet dich?

Als erste:r technische:r Ansprechpartner:in analysierst und löst Du Kundenanfragen zu unseren Heizungssystemen per Telefon und E-Mail.
Du identifizierst die benötigten Ersatzteile, erstellst passgenaue Angebote und begleitest den gesamten Prozess bis zur finalen Klärung.
Für komplexe technische Fälle arbeitest Du eng mit den Kolleg:innen aus der Entwicklung und dem Produktmanagement zusammen, um die beste Lösung für unsere Kund:innen zu finden.
Du pflegst die Kundendaten und dokumentierst alle Servicevorgänge sorgfältig, um eine hohe und nachvollziehbare Servicequalität sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit.
Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung im Heizungsbau oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld gesammelt.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen und verfügst über grundlegende Elektrokenntnisse.
Mit Deiner Hands-on-Mentalität findest Du pragmatische Lösungen und unterstützt das Team tatkräftig.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um unsere Kunden bestmöglich zu betreuen.
