Was erwartet Sie?

Sie beraten Banken bei der Umsetzung aktueller aufsichtsrechtlicher, regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. Basel, CRR/CRD, FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit, ESG, MaRisk)
Sie arbeiten eng mit IT- und Fachabteilungen zur Verbesserung von Systemarchitekturen, Datenqualität und Prozessharmonisierung zusammen
Sie analysieren und optimieren Meldewesenprozesse und Datenflüsse entlang der Reportingkette
Sie entwickeln IT-Konzepte und Datenmodelle zur Unterstützung von Meldewesen- und Risikomanagementsystemen
Sie gestalten aktiv IT-Lösungen mit und setzen diese um, z. B. Einführung zentraler Datenmanagement- oder Data-Warehouse-Lösungen
Sie begleiten fachlich und technisch Prüfungen, Projekte und Systemmigrationen (z. B. Abacus360, BAIS oder OneSumX) und betreuen operatives Meldewesen sowie die Erstellung und verantwortliche Betreuung der Meldungen gegenüber den Aufsichtsbehörden

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich oder in den Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit stark technischer Ausrichtung
Sie verfügen über mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Bankenbranche oder Beratung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Meldewesen, Aufsichtsrecht oder Risikomanagement
Sie besitzen tiefgehende Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Meldewesensoftware
Sie haben alternativ oder ergänzend Erfahrung im Umgang mit bankseitigen Daten, IT-Systemen oder regulatorischen Prozessen
Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit Datenanalyse und Programmierung (z. B. SQL, Python oder vergleichbaren Tools)
Sie zeichnen sich durch herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung aus und verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
