- Sie organisieren und führen die Region innerhalb der Unternehmensvorgaben und des Budgets
- Sie stellen die Erreichung von Umsatz- und EBIT-Zielen sicher und führen ordnungsgemäße Forecasts im Rahmen der Auftragserfassung durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mindestens eine 4-jährige Hochschulausbildung, vorzugsweise in Kältetechnik, Maschinenbau, Versorgungstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach, oder eine Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Klima- und Kältetechnik mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kälte- und Klimatechnik mit Fach- und Branchenkenntnis im Service
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung von Business Units im Servicegeschäft und sind kunden- und ergebnisorientiert
- Sie besitzen Integrität und ausgeprägte Wertmaßstäbe und sind bereit, zu führen und Mitarbeitenden ein Vorbild zu sein
- Sie haben ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken und ein analytisch geprägtes, strukturiertes Vorgehen
- Sie zeigen hohe Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsstärke und verfügen über umfassende Kenntnisse bezüglich Sicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz (SGU/SCC)
