Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie organisieren und führen die Region innerhalb der Unternehmensvorgaben und des Budgets
- Sie unterstützen das Key Account Management bei der operativen Vertriebsarbeit und Abwicklung für überregionale und strategische Kund:innen
- Sie führen und überwachen den regionalen Vertrieb und die Projektierung
- Sie organisieren Projektübergaben- bzw. Annahmen Vertrieb-Abwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter Abwicklung
- Sie führen und überwachen die Auftragsabwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter Abwicklung und führen regelmäßige Projektreviews durch
- Sie führen Qualitätskontrollen, Garantie- und Reklamationsleistungen durch und übernehmen die technische Verantwortung für Großprojekte
- Sie leiten, führen, kontrollieren und bewerten die Leistung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Sie planen und reporten die geschäftliche Entwicklung
- Sie stellen die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Serviceabteilung sicher und wirken bei der lebenszyklusbegleitenden Anlagenbetreuung mit
- Sie wirken bei der Weiterentwicklung von Verfahrensanweisungen, Prozessbeschreibungen und weiteren Standards mit
- Sie setzen die Festlegungen zum Qualitätsmanagement, zum Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz und zur Ersten Hilfe um

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine mindestens 4-jährige Hochschulausbildung, vorzugsweise in Kältetechnik, Maschinenbau, Versorgungstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach, oder eine Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Klimatechnik mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Fach- und Branchenkenntnis im Anlagenbau Gewerbekälte oder Technische Gebäudeausrüstung
- Sie besitzen besondere Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Erfahrung in der Führung von Business Units im technischen Projektgeschäft
- Sie sind kunden- und ergebnisorientiert und gehen analytisch und strukturiert vor
- Sie zeigen Integrität und ausgeprägte Wertmaßstäbe und haben eine ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, zu führen und Mitarbeitenden ein Vorbild zu sein
- Sie haben umfassende Kenntnisse bezüglich Sicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz (SGU/SCC) und besitzen einen SCC-Sicherheitspass
- Sie kennen moderne IT-Systeme und beherrschen verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
