Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung unseres Newsletters in 6 Ländern, einschließlich der Steuerung unserer Trigger- und Transaktions-Mails
- Du arbeitest bei der operativen Erstellung und dem Versand von Newslettern mit, inklusive Reporting und A/B-Testing
- Du baust die Empfängerbasis durch Leadgenerierungsmaßnahmen aus
- Du vermarktest Inhalte über unsere App, zum Beispiel durch Push-Benachrichtigungen und Teaserflächen
- Du managst die Community in den sozialen Medien, einschließlich Feed-Beiträge, Stories und Influencer-Kooperationen
- Du führst und entwickelst dein Team im Bereich Digital Direct Marketing und stellst die Einhaltung rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen im gesamten Newsletter- und Social-Media-Marketing sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im E-Mail-Marketing, idealerweise mit Tools wie Inxmail und Econda
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich A/B-Tests sowie in der Leadgenerierung
- Du besitzt eine analytische Denkweise, hohe Zahlenaffinität und Freude an Performance-Auswertungen
- Du hast eine kreative Ader und kannst Grafiktools sicher anwenden (z. B. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva); Grundkenntnisse in Video-Schnitt sind ein Plus
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Teamführung und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine Arbeit und die deines Teams
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Social Media Bereich und Interesse, diese weiter auszubauen, sowie Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen im E-Mail- und Social-Media-Marketing (z. B. DSGVO, etc.)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
