Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen, prüfen und pflegen eigenständig Rahmenverträge und führen Ausschreibungen durch, bei denen Sie aktiv Vergleichsangebote einholen
- Dabei behalten Sie stets die Übersicht über Laufzeiten, Kündigungsfristen und Preisgleitklauseln
- Sie stimmen sich regelmäßig mit Lieferanten sowie internen Fachabteilungen ab und erstellen Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Bereichsleitung und Geschäftsführung
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für das standortübergreifende Rahmenvertragsmanagement
- Darüber hinaus koordinieren Sie die Vertragserstellung in enger Abstimmung mit den verschiedenen Kraftwerksstandorten
- Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Einkaufsprozesse und Vertragsstandards mit
- Durch regelmäßige Vertragsanalysen und Auswertungen identifizieren Sie Einsparpotenziale und tragen so maßgeblich zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft (BWL), Wirtschaftsrecht oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Alternativ bringen Sie eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. als Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau) mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Zusatzqualifikation im Vertragsmanagement oder Einkauf
- Sie bringen mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit, z.B. als Contract Manager oder Einkäufer, im Einkauf, Vertrags- oder Beschaffungsmanagement, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Energiebranche oder in einem industriellen/technischen Umfeld
- Als Vertragsmanager bringen Sie ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis mit, um die komplexen Anforderungen dieses Bereichs erfolgreich zu meistern
- Digitale Kompetenz: Sie sind versiert, sicher und flexibel im Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten
- Sprach- und weitere Kenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse im schriftlichen und mündlichen Sprachgebrauch sowie der Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins der Klasse B runden Ihr Profil ab
