Als Marketing Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie die zentrale Schaltstelle für unsere Marketingstrategie und –umsetzung. Sie sorgen dafür, dass WIRSOL als Marke erlebbar wird und die richtigen Zielgruppen mit relevanten Botschaften erreicht werden.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Planung, Steuerung und Koordinierung von Marketingmaßnahmen, über Online- und Offline-Kanäle hinweg (Kampagnen, Content, Events, PR, etc.).
- Sie briefen und betreuen externe Agenturen und Dienstleister – und arbeiten eng mit internen Abteilungen wie Design, PR, Digital und Produktmanagement zusammen
- Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien und Maßnahmenpläne, die eng mit den Unternehmenszielen verknüpft sind
- Umsetzung von Jahres- und Quartalsplänen und Priorisierung von Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Vertrieb
- Sie stellen konsistente Markenkommunikation über alle Touchpoints sicher
- Sie tracken, analysieren und optimieren Kampagnen anhand relevanter KPIs
- Verantwortlich für Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Durchführung von Angebotsvergleichen
- Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen, Erkennung von Chancen und Ableitung von Impulsen für neue Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Projektmanagement, Kampagnensteuerung oder Agenturmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte zu strukturieren, zu koordinieren und zu priorisieren
- Erfahrung in Briefing, Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung externer Partner
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise mit einem Gespür für Markenführung und kommunikative Wirkung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im digitalen Marketing und mit Tools wie CMS, CRM, Reporting-Tools etc.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Eigeninitiative
- Affinität zu Themen wie Nachhaltigkeit, Energietechnologien oder erneuerbare Energie ist von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
