Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Marke sichtbar bleibt, unsere Botschaften wirken – und unsere digitalen Prozesse im Marketing effizient, datenbasiert und zukunftsorientiert laufen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing-Strategien und Jahresplänen im Einklang mit Unternehmens- und Vertriebszielen.
- Planung, Steuerung und Analyse von Marketing-Kampagnen über alle Kanäle – Online, Social Media, PR, Events und Print.
- Aufbau und Management automatisierter Customer Journeys in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lead-Nurturing-Strecken, Newsletter-Kampagnen und Event-Journeys.
- Einführung und Schulung der Kolleg:innen („WIRbel“) in der Nutzung der Marketing-Module, um ein einheitliches CRM-Verständnis und effiziente Arbeitsabläufe sicherzustellen.
- Briefing und Steuerung externer Agenturen und Partner für Design, PR, Content und Event.
- KPI-basiertes Controlling und Reporting der Marketing-Aktivitäten über Power BI und CRM-Dashboards.
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenführung über alle Kommunikations-Touchpoints hinweg.

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Kampagnensteuerung, Content- und Digitalmarketing oder Agenturmanagement.
- Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights (Journeys) oder ähnlichen Automatisierungs-Tools (z. B. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Sicherer Umgang mit CMS-, CRM- und Reporting-Tools; Freude an datengetriebenem, analytischem Arbeiten.
- Hohes Maß an Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel erfolgreich zu steuern
- Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit, Energie- und Zukunftstechnologien.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
