Als Fitness Content Creator & Brand Ambassador bist du das zentrale Gesicht von Ergotopia. Du kombinierst Fachwissen mit Performance-Talent und entwickelst zusammen mit unserem Team Content-Formate, die nicht nur Klicks generieren, sondern Haltung transportieren.

Was erwartet dich?
- Spotlight On: Du bist unser Star! Deine Bühne ist Social Media. Du bist die charismatische und vertrauenswürdige Stimme von Ergotopia und vermittelst Wissen im Bereich Gesundheit authentisch, inspirierend und unterhaltsam vor der Kamera. Ein Drehtag ist für hierbei dich wie ein Heimspiel.
- Content Creation: Du entwickelst als Fachexperte innovative Videoformate und bist federführend bei Ideenfindung, Skripterstellung und Moderation.
- Content-Optimierung: Du analysierst Performance-Daten und Community-Feedback, optimierst Inhalte gezielt und sorgst so für eine kontinuierliche, zielgruppengerechte Weiterentwicklung des Contents.
- Community-Management: Du pflegst den aktiven Austausch mit unserer Community – ob in Kommentaren oder durch passende Reaktionen auf ihren Input – und förderst so Interaktion und Nähe.
- Brand Awareness: Ob vor der Kamera, hinter der Kamera oder in der Postproduktion - durch deinen hochwertigen und innovativen Content positionierst du Ergotopia als führende Marke im Bereich der ergonomischen Office Solutions und Gesundheit.
- Content-Prozesse: Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe in der Content-Produktion und arbeitest dabei eng mit Brand, Design und Performance-Marketing zusammen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Sport & Gesundheit, Physiotherapie oder vergleichbarer Richtung. Alternativ verfügst du über einen Abschluss in Medienwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Fach mit persönlichem Bezug zum Bereich Fitness, z. B. durch einen Trainerschein oder Ähnliches.
- Du bist ein Social Media Native mit einem ausgeprägten Gefühl für Video-Formate und Storytelling.
- Du liebst es, vor der Kamera zu stehen und konntest idealerweise bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung als Social Media Manager oder Content Creator in einer Online-Redaktion sammeln. Grundlegende Fertigkeiten in der Content-Produktion (z. B. Kameraführung, Schnitt mit CapCut oder Adobe Cloud) sind ein Plus – dein Auftritt zählt aber mehr als dein Equipment.
- Du bist kreativ, authentisch sowie kommunikationsstark, transportierst unsere Vision mit Leidenschaft nach außen und begeisterst andere für einen gesunden Lebensstil.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Content-Trends, Plattform-Dynamiken und Zielgruppenbedürfnisse und übersetzt diese in Inhalte, die unsere Marke stärken.
- Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse – und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um auch bei externen Drehs flexibel einsatzbereit zu sein.
