Du planst gerne anspruchsvolle Sonderbauten wie Rechenzentren, Messen oder Hochhäuser? Bei uns übernimmst du als Projektleiter (m/w/d) die eigenständige Planung im Bereich Sanitärtechnik und Löschanlagen – von der Grundlagenermittlung bis zur Objektüberwachung, mit modernen BIM-Methoden und in einem kleinen, eingespielten Spezialistenteam mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die selbstständige Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Planungsprojekten im Bereich Sanitärtechnik und Löschanlagen über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI
- Du führst Anlagenbewertungen im Rahmen der Planungsleistungen durch und entwickelst technische Konzepte für Sonderbauten wie Rechenzentren und Hochhäuser
- Du planst eigenverantwortlich mit aktuellen Softwarelösungen in 2-D und 3-D und wendest dabei die BIM-Methode an
- Du nimmst an Bau- und Planungsbesprechungen mit Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen und Bauherr:innen teil und stimmst dich eng mit allen Projektbeteiligten ab
- Du bringst dein Fachwissen zu geltenden Normen und Vorschriften wie der DIN 1986 aktiv in die Projekte ein

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Qualifikation als Techniker:in, Bachelor, Master oder Diplom-Ingenieur:in der Fachrichtung Versorgungstechnik mit dem Schwerpunkt Sanitärtechnik oder Löschanlagen
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sanitärtechnik mit
- Du bist mit den aktuellen technischen Standards und gängigen Vorschriften wie der DIN 1986 vertraut
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und AutoCAD, idealerweise auch in Revit
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau mit, gute Englischkenntnisse (B1/B2) sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
