Für unser damit wachsendes Finance-Team suchen wir daher Unterstützung als Senior Financial Controller (m/w/d)!

Was erwartet dich?

Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mehrerer Gesellschaften nach HGB und IFRS innerhalb vorgegebener Deadlines
Zusammen mit dem Management der Gesellschaften bist Du und dein Team verantwortlich für die fristgerechte Erstellung des rollierenden Forecasts sowie der Liquiditätsplanung
Du entwickelst unsere internen Tools und Prozesse weiter
Du bringst Dich aktiv ein und berätst die Geschäftsführung der betreuten Gesellschaften, um die Finanzkennzahlen der von Dir betreuten Unternehmen nachhaltig zu verbessern
Du bist mitverantwortlich für den finanziellen Teil von Due Dilligence Prüfungen potenzieller neuer Akquisitionen sowie für die spätere Integration in die bestehenden Finanzprozesse bei TSS
Gleichzeitig erwarten dich aufgrund unseres dynamischen Wachstums spannende und wechselnde Projekte innerhalb es Finance-Teams sowie bei unseren Business Units

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Controlling-Umfeld, insbesondere im Accounting – runden deinen Lebenslauf ab
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung (HGB, ggf. IFRS) und im Controlling
Erfahrung mit BI-Systemen und Reporting-Tools sind wünschenswert
Ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen, analytisches Denken und Freude daran, Dinge besser zu machen zeichnet dich aus
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität sind für unsere Zusammenarbeit Grundvoraussetzung
Im Finanzbereich unerlässlich - auch ein erfahrener Umgang mit den klassischen MS Office Tools
Du solltest grundsätzlich Reisebereitschaft zu unseren Business Units im DACH Raum mitbringen
