Was erwartet Dich?
- Du richtest selbstständig CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen mit MAZATROL-Steuerung ein, programmierst und bedienst sie
- Du erstellst und optimierst CNC-Programme mit Smooth G und Smooth X
- Du fertigst Prototypen, Einzelteile und Serien nach Zeichnung
- Du führst Qualitätskontrollen der gefertigten Bauteile durch, einschließlich Maßhaltigkeit und Oberflächenqualität
- Du wartest und pflegst die Maschinen
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Konstruktion und Arbeitsvorbereitung zur Prozessoptimierung zusammen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 2 Jahre) im CNC-Bereich, insbesondere mit MAZAK-Maschinen
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der MAZATROL-Steuerung und in der Smooth Cam-Programmierung
- Du bist sicher im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und in der Umsetzung komplexer Fertigungsaufgaben
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, selbstständig und qualitätsbewusst
- Du bist teamfähig und verantwortungsbewusst
