Was erwartet dich?
- Du montierst präzise Baugruppen und Endprodukte nach technischen Zeichnungen und legst damit den Grundstein für unsere Produktqualität.
- Du bereitest deinen Arbeitsplatz eigenständig vor, indem du die benötigten Materialien und Bauteile sorgfältig sortierst und bereitstellst.
- Du bedienst die für die Montage notwendigen Maschinen und Anlagen und überwachst den reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktionsprozesse.
- Du führst gewissenhaft Qualitätskontrollen durch, identifizierst mögliche Fehler und stellst sicher, dass jedes Produkt unseren hohen Standards entspricht.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinem Team trägst du dazu bei, die gemeinsamen Produktionsziele zu erreichen und die Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktion oder Montage und kannst technische Zeichnungen lesen.
- Mit deinem handwerklichen Geschick und technischen Verständnis findest du dich schnell in neue Aufgaben ein.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Produktionsmaschinen.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer arbeitest du sorgfältig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Ergebnisse.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team sicherzustellen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
