Was erwartet dich?
- Du bedienst und überwachst eigenständig unsere modernen Produktionsanlagen und sorgst im Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei der Verarbeitung landwirtschaftlicher Rohstoffe.
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich kleinere Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch und meldest größere Störungen direkt an die Technikabteilung.
- Du sicherst die hohe Qualität unserer Lebensmittel, indem du den gesamten Produktionsprozess überwachst und regelmäßige Proben für die Qualitätssicherung entnimmst.
- Du dokumentierst alle relevanten Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten sorgfältig in unserem EDV-System und bringst deine Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung aktiv ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder landwirtschaftlichen Beruf, z. B. als Elektriker:in, Mechatroniker:in oder Schlosser:in.
- Du bringst technisches Verständnis, Eigeninitiative und die Motivation mit, dich schnell in unsere Anlagen einzuarbeiten.
- Berufserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung – wir freuen uns auch über motivierte Berufseinsteiger:innen.
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und interessierst dich für deren Herstellung.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um einen reibungslosen Austausch im Team zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
