Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Bau- und Gebäudemanagement. Dabei steuern Sie strategisch und operativ alle Bau- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Sie planen, koordinieren und kontrollieren eigenverantwortlich Modernisierungen, Ausbauten und komplexe Instandhaltungsprojekte. Zudem stellen Sie durch effiziente Projektsteuerung und nachhaltiges Bauen die Unternehmensziele sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich mit dem Schwerpunkt „Bestandsbewirt-schaftung von Gewerbeimmobilien“
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalführung und -verantwortung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit VOB, HOAI und dem Bauvertragsrecht
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
