Als Analyst arbeitet man an der Schnittstelle von Beratung, Corporate Finance und Family Office, übernimmt früh Verantwortung und wirkt aktiv an Projekten und der Unternehmerberatung mit.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst Unternehmen, Geschäftsmodelle und Marktumfelder
- Du wertest Bilanzen, GuV und Cashflows detailliert aus
- Du erstellst Unternehmensbewertungen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Präsentationen
- Du unterstützt und arbeitest perspektivisch eigenständig bei M&A- und Exit-Prozessen mit
- Du identifizierst Wertsteigerungs- und Optimierungspotenziale auf Unternehmens- und Gesellschafterebene
- Du führst Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Transaktionsanalysen durch
- Du arbeitest eng mit Unternehmenden sowie externen Partnern (M&A, Steuer, Recht) zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Zusatzqualifikation
- Du verfügst über erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Unternehmensberatung, Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Unternehmenszahlen und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Du denkst analytisch und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufbereiten
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
- Du zeigst unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
