Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreibst, überwachst und pflegst unsere IoT-Plattform in der Cloud (AWS, Azure) und On-Premise
- Du dokumentierst und löst Incidents und Service Requests
- Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher und hältst die Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) ein
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen in Sensorik- und Softwaresystemen

- Du unterstützt bei Roll-outs und Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort, indem du Sensorik und Software konfigurierst
- Du gestaltest den Aufbau eines Service Operation Teams für unsere komplexe IoT-Plattform mit und wirkst in Projekten mit, bis hin zur Übernahme von kompletten Changes

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich IT, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Fachinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen
- Du besitzt fundiertes Know-how in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Firewall, Backup und Monitoring
- Du hast Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management, insbesondere in Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist bereit, Schichtdienst zu leisten und gelegentlich an Wochenenden Bereitschaft zu zeigen
- Du wohnst idealerweise in regionaler Nähe, um zu Beginn (erste 4 Wochen) die Einarbeitung und das Kennenlernen im Büro zu ermöglichen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
