Was erwartet dich?
- Selbständiges Treffen von Entscheidungen, um die vereinbarten Projektziele (hinsichtl.
Produkteigenschaften, Kosten, Termine, Qualität) zu erreichen - Eigenverantwortliches fachliches Führen, Coaching und Motivieren des Projektteams
- Selbstbestimmtes Erstellen und Halten von Kundenpräsentationen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
- Regelmäßiges Reporting des Projektfortschrittes an den Projekt-Steuerkreis und an den zuständigen Fachbereich
- Autonome Organisation und Leitung von Projektbesprechungen mit Projektteam und Kunde
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von im Projekt vereinbarten Entwicklungs- und Produktionsprozessen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kundenverhandlungen
- Begleitung des Angebotsprozesses von der Anfrage über das Angebot bis zum Projektstart.
- Projektierung gemäß den Forderungen nach IATF 16949 und nach den kundenspezifischen Vorgaben
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Partnern
